Crafting and creating new designs has always been my passion, and over the years, I’ve cut hundreds of different pieces for myself, friends, and family. How It's Made:
Design Creation: The process begins with a digital design, where the couple's portrait and surrounding ornate details are meticulously crafted using specialized 3D modeling software. The design is refined to ensure every detail will translate well in the engraving process.
CNC Engraving: The design is then transferred to a CNC machine, where the image is engraved onto a metal or durable material disk. The CNC machine uses precision tools to create the fine details, bringing the intricate patterns to life.
Polishing and Finishing: Once engraved, the disk is polished to enhance the contrast between the engraved details and the background. This step gives the design a refined, antique-like finish, making it both elegant and eye-catching.
Encapsulation: The engraved disk is carefully placed within a transparent acrylic case, providing protection while showcasing the artwork clearly. The case is then attached to a metal keyring, making it ready for use.
Final Quality Check: Each keychain undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure that the engraving is precise, and the final product is free of any imperfections.
